ARCHITECTURE / INDUSTRIAL DESIGN / MAKING

I draw it.
Then I build it.

I'm TJ, an architectural graduate completing a Master of Design at UNSW. I take ideas from drawings and digital models to full-scale, working prototypes, designing objects and spaces around the people who use them.

03 / THE JOURNEY

From buildings to objects.

I trained in architecture in Mumbai and worked in practice on residential and interior projects, then turned to objects through a product design short course at Central Saint Martins and a Master of Design at UNSW. Working across scales is how I design: buildings taught me structure and flow; objects teach me tolerance and touch.

Alongside the studio, I support 350+ postgraduate residents as a Senior Resident and represent design students on the UNSW Art & Design School Board. That work keeps people at the centre of every brief.
